This is followed by two days of water trials on Saturday and Sunday July 20-21 with our local judge Sarah Kahn. We’ll also hold our Third Annual Senior Challenge and a Ducky Derby benefit on Sunday as well! Join us for the weekend at lovely Nolte State Park just north of Enumclaw WA.

Water Work is labor intensive and we need plenty of volunteers for the trial, including set-up on Friday morning and tear-down on Sunday afternoon. You do not need to be entered in the trial in order to volunteer. No experience is necessary, and the schedule will be set to avoid any conflicts with your entries. Please complete the volunteer form and submit with your trial and workshop entries.
Volunteers who work at the trials are also able to sign up for the Practice Match on Friday, July 19, 2019. The Practice Match will be held Friday afternoon following site setup Friday morning. There are a limited number of 15 minute practice times available, cost is $10 per 15 minute session. This gives you access to the site and boats– you must arrange for your own stewards. Plan enough time to help others, and they will help you. You don’t have to be entered in the trials to sign up for the Match–you just have to volunteer. Match closing date is June 28, 2019.Volunteer/Match Online Entry
We are pleased to hold our Third Annual Senior Challenge on Sunday July 21! The purpose of this non-regular water event is to afford our senior dogs an opportunity to participate with their handler in a water activity which contributes to their continued love of the sport. Dogs must be at least 10 years old and handlers will select any three water exercises they choose for their senior to perform. This is usually held at lunch time on Sunday. Entry fee is $15 and is limited to 5 dogs due to time constraints. Each dog will receive a special (and highly coveted!) participation award at the Sunday Water Trial Awards.Closing date is June 21, 2019. Please print and mail the entry form along with your payment to Sandy Overton, and contact her with questions.
